Yiandra Exclusividades Mas LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L22000231497, filed in 2022, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.
Two commitments. Our return, exchange and credit policy is posted at the till and printed on your receipt before you pay — Florida does not require a retailer to give refunds, but it does require the policy to be displayed, and burying it is how small shops lose customers. And every branded item comes from an authorised supplier and is sold as genuine: we stock no replicas of anything, and anything pre-owned or vintage is described as such.

Can I return something?
Our policy is posted at the till and printed on your receipt before you pay, so you know the terms in advance. Florida does not require shops to give refunds, which is exactly why you should read any shop's policy before buying.
Will you get more of this in my size?
Usually not. We buy two or three of a size and when it goes, it goes — that is the trade-off of a boutique. We will hold something for a day if you want to think.
Are the designer bags genuine?
Yes. Everything branded comes from authorised suppliers and is sold as genuine. We do not stock replicas at any price, and anything pre-owned is described as pre-owned.
It looked different online.
Colour and texture never reproduce accurately on a screen, and sizing follows each maker rather than any standard. That is why we would always rather you tried it on here.
Can I return it after alterations?
No, and we say so before any work starts. Alterations are quoted in writing first so the decision is yours with full information.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. Atendemos en español y en inglés, both equally.
